Dining in History is an annual Society event held the first Sunday in November at a historic Madison County venue where guests can enjoy a meal and learn about the venue or history related topic. The event also serves as the Society’s Annual Meeting.

2026’s Dining in History will celebrate Madison County’s Italian immigrants. Enjoy an evening of Italian food, music, and programming. Bid on items at the silent auction to benefit the historical society. During the annual meeting, members will vote to elect or reappoint members to the MCHS Board.

Explore the Collinsville Historical Museum (adjacent to the library) between 11:30 until 1.

Buffet luncheon to start at 1pm.
