The Madison County Historical Society and City of Edwardsville will present a Family History Walk on Saturday, Sept. 24, from 1 a.m. – 4 p.m. The event will feature re-enactors who will help bring local history alive.

The self-guided tour begins at the Madison County Museum, located at 801 N. Main St., Edwardsville. Events are planned at Old Lincoln School (10 a.m. and 1 p.m., Columbus School (11 a.m. and 2 p.m.), the Weir House (noon and 3 p.m.), and the Wildey Theatre  (10 a.m. & 1 p.m.).
